Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit the signup page, enter your email, password, and full name. Click "Create Account" and you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

Is Organiko.ai really free?

Yes! Our Free plan is free forever with no time limits or credit card required. It includes 100 transactions per month, 1 user, 1 integration, and 1 GB storage. Perfect for individuals and small businesses getting started.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No! The Free plan requires no credit card or payment information. You only need to provide payment details when upgrading to a paid plan.

How long does email verification take?

Verification emails are sent immediately and typically arrive within 1-5 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. The verification link expires after 24 hours.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour. Click it to set a new password.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard security including bcrypt password encryption, JWT token authentication, HTTPS encryption, and regular security audits. Your passwords are never stored in plain text.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to Settings → Profile → Email to update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email address before it takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted, and you'll lose access immediately.

Does Organiko.ai offer two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is coming in Q1 2026. We'll support authenticator apps and SMS codes for enhanced account security.

Subscriptions & Billing

What subscription plans are available?

We offer 5 plans: Free ($0), Starter ($49/mo), Professional ($199/mo), Business ($499/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each plan has different limits for transactions, users, integrations, and storage.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes! Upgrades are instant with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties or cancellation fees.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 95% usage. If you hit 100%, you won't be able to create new transactions, add users, or use features beyond your limit until you upgrade or your limit resets.

How does prorated billing work?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, we calculate the cost for remaining days at your new rate, minus any unused portion of your previous plan. You're charged the prorated amount immediately, then the full amount on your next billing date.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing is available for all paid plans with a 20% discount. Contact sales or check your subscription settings to switch to annual billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and bank accounts (ACH). All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a new subscription. Contact support@organiko.ai to discuss your situation.

Usage & Features

What counts as a transaction?

Every inventory movement counts as one transaction: product receipts, sales orders, transfers, and adjustments. Transaction counts reset monthly on your billing date.

When does my usage counter reset?

Transaction and API usage reset monthly on your billing date. For Free plans, this is the 1st of each month. For paid plans, it's your billing anniversary date. Storage and user limits don't reset—they're persistent.

Can I add more users to my account?

Yes, but the number of users depends on your plan. Free: 1 user, Starter: 5 users, Professional: 20 users, Business: 50 users, Enterprise: unlimited. Upgrade to add more team members.

What integrations are supported?

We currently support QuickBooks Online, Shopify, ERPNext, WooCommerce, Xero, and custom API integrations. More integrations are being added regularly.

Is there an API for developers?

Yes! We provide a RESTful API for authentication, subscription management, and usage tracking. API rate limits vary by plan (10-10,000 requests per minute).

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export transaction data, usage reports, and invoices in CSV, PDF, and Excel formats from your dashboard.

Technical Questions

What browsers are supported?

Organiko.ai works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest 2 versions). We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but our web platform is fully mobile-responsive and works great on smartphones and tablets. Native mobile apps are planned for 2026.

What are the API rate limits?

Rate limits vary by plan: Free (10/min), Starter (60/min), Professional (300/min), Business (1,000/min), Enterprise (10,000/min). Exceeded requests return a 429 error.

Do you have an uptime SLA?

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are available for Enterprise plans only. We target 99.9% uptime for all plans and maintain a public status page.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases in US-based data centers with daily backups. Enterprise customers can request on-premise deployment options.
