Access your Organiko.ai account securely
Organiko.ai uses industry-standard JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication to keep your sessions secure. After login, you receive two tokens: an access token (valid for 60 minutes) and a refresh token (valid for 30 days) that automatically renews your session.
Go to organiko.ai/login or click the "Log In" button on the homepage.
Provide your registered email address and password.
If you haven't verified your email yet, you'll see a reminder message. Click the verification link sent to your inbox to complete the process.
Click the "Log In" button to authenticate. You'll receive two secure tokens that manage your session.
You're now logged in and redirected to your dashboard. You can start managing your organic compliance, inventory, and business operations.
Your access token expires after 60 minutes of inactivity. However, your refresh token (valid for 30 days) automatically renews the session without interruption.
To log out, click your profile icon in the top right and select "Log Out". This invalidates both your access and refresh tokens for security.

Solution: Simply log in again with your credentials. Your data and settings are safe.
